Job: SENIOR CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER, PrintMatch

Fantastic opportunity for an outgoing individual, experienced in looking after both blue chip clients and a staff count of between five and ten. These personnel members will consist of Account Managers and Directors and in some cases will be based on client site. You will be personally responsible for operational and strategic management and will be experienced in working with a substantial turnover of business within a print management environment. In addition to the above, you will ensure that all staff are reviewed on a regular basis against the individual, specific account KPI's and financial targets. Though by no means the core focus of the role, you will be required to assist in the tender response and have the presentation skills and commercial acumen required to secure new clients for the business.
