Position: Sales Director (Designate)

The company provide a range of services covering digital print on demand, litho print and Direct Mail.

The Role: • To co-ordinate the functional management and leadership of all sales activities • To deliver excellent customer service • To meet sales KPI’s as agreed by the company/Managing Director • To deliver a company focused approach to key account management • Develop responsibilities and structure of the sales team in line with order departments to provide sales efficiency. • Ensure that the sales team is managed efficiently and effectively in accordance with the company strategy and culture. • To support the Senior Management Team to set future objectives and strategies.

Requirements: • Has managed internal and external sales personnel • Has developed and executed tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives • Has managed phone sales • Is highly organised and has very effective time management skills • Is a demonstrated leader among employees • Is highly computer literate and uses sales database management programs • Strong negotiating and commercial skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills Recruiter Information: Established since 1992, Key Recruitment is a specialist consultancy with a leading presence in a number of specific industries including:
