In the game Geometry Free, the player must maneuver a moving icon—typically a square—to stay clear of spikes and other obstacles until the level is finished. Addiction increases as the levels with flashing lights, music, and bright colors grow tougher and harder. Although the game moves quickly and is stressful when a player dies, it is very thrilling to conquer a level.
Based on certain criteria, you may identify one of these so-called "dashers" from a throng. They will be tapping on their phone's screen continuously while holding it sideways. The addict becomes nearly a zombie when "dashing," losing all human characteristics. If you look carefully, you can tell that they are missing something.
When near one of these "dashers," you have to exercise caution. They may strike out viciously if interrupted. Abuse, whether verbal or physical, always has a negative outcome. I really experienced it firsthand when I ran across Steele Riddle, a die-hard "dasher." When I screwed up with him just as he was about to beat a level, he became enraged and started hurling obscenities at me.
