Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. This role requires strong knowledge of enterprise messaging solutions and a proven ability to deliver tailored communication strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, and Voice OTP services.

  • Generate leads, engage potential clients, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers.

  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to craft effective messaging solutions.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends.

  • Prepare and present business growth reports and client feedback insights.
