Orca Slicer

Orca Slicer is a powerful, free, and open-source 3D printing slicing software. It was originally developed as a fork of Bambu Studio (which itself is based on PrusaSlicer), with the goal of adding advanced features, comprehensive calibration tools, and wider compatibility with various 3D printer brands beyond just the Bambu Lab ecosystem.

Slicers are essential programs that take a digital 3D model (like an STL or 3MF file), cut it into thin horizontal layers, and generate the G-code—a set of instructions that the 3D printer can follow to create the physical object layer by layer.
