Customer Service Executive | Labels | Buckinghamshire | £28k-£35k Depending on Experience

As Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Office based, working in a team
  • Taking initial enquiries and overseeing through to delivery of completed jobs
  • Estimating 
  • Liaison with, and coordination of, internal departments
  • Working closely with the management team to ensure that all customer orders are processed effectively


Key attributes required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fully literate on Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a team and within an environment requiring flexibility and a quick response
  • Customer focus and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
