The objective of this EU based Global Accounts Manager role is to operate as a point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and maintaining long-term relationships.
Your responsibility – what you will do:
General
- Manage projects, working to carry out client goals while meeting company objectives
- Communicate client needs and demands to management
- Execute and monitor projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved on time
Project Development / Management
- Develop new projects and products for existing and new customers
- Generate sales among major EU client accounts, including cross-selling
- Execute and monitor projects, ensuring key milestones are achieved on time
- Full service: Coordinate and manage projects from briefing over artwork and material - further training provided
- specification to first sampling and production trial.
- Support local Sales team to grow global projects.
Reporting and Administration
- Create Sales and Order Reports and collaborate with production sites
- Maintain records of samples and documents for assigned accounts
- Prepare briefs for quotations and analyse cost break downs to price offers
- Provides assistance to production sites with regards to stock management
What we are looking for – skills and experience:
- Account/Project management experience, preferably in the packaging sector
- Knowledge of packaging and/or printing technology is a big plus
- Fluent English and French language skills
- Excellent planning and management skills
- Customer focus and ability to build up a strong relationship with customers
- Excellent team working skills
- Empathy and self-reflection
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and hands-on attitude
- IT literate (MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, the
- internet)
- Driving license and willingness to travel (occasionally in EU and exceptionally globally)
